With over two decades of experience in education, leadership, and human development, Dr. Oleksiak holds three master's degrees in education and a doctorate in transformational leadership, including a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. Her passion for talent acquisition and leadership cultivation has informed her work across school systems, executive coaching, and workforce development and now, through Thryve, she helps global professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
